Monte Cengio, autumn 2025

Monte Cengio, on the Asiago Plateau, is a balcony over the plain. The military road cut into the rock during the Great War runs along a sheer drop, with tunnels open onto the void and the valley below, half hidden by the haze.

Autumn is not an ending, but the quiet revolution of those who choose to let go. On the way up, a bunch of yellow flowers picked along the path.
