Morocco, November 2025

Morocco is a second home to me. In November I went back with Chiara. We landed in Marrakech, rented a car and drove down to Agadir overnight, so we would wake up already by the ocean.

From Agadir we worked our way back up the coast. Taghazout, with the skatepark above the ocean where the local kids gather at sunset. Imsouane, the longest waves in Africa. Essaouira, with its harbour and its medina on the sea.

Then inland: the desert at the gates of Marrakech, and the last days in the city. Jemaa el-Fna from above as the sky goes dark and the square lights up, and the gardens of the Medina, where a single door is enough to shut out the noise.
